In view of this situation，we have made the following policy regarding the use of photocopiers and expect everyone to comply with it.

A.An employee from each office will be appointed to be in charge of the photocopier in that office and will receive proper training in running the machine and carrying out routine repairs.Other employees are not entitled to operate the photocopier.

B.When an employee has some personal document to be photo copied，be/she may request the assistance of the person in charge of the photocopier;but the maximum copies to be done per month is 50.

This policy will go into effect on 20 June，1994.
